How do I identify the part that is compatible with my refrigerator?
You can use the model number found on your appliance's rating plate. Enter this code into our search bar to filter for parts that are specifically certified as being compatible with your unit.
What are the delivery times for parts that are in stock?
Every order placed before 11AM is shipped the same day. Standard home delivery generally takes between 2 and 5 buisiness days, depending on your specific geographical location.
Can i return a part?
No returns are accepted, unless the part was broken during shipping. Make sure to order the right part!
If there was a breakage, write to us with a photo and we will check if we can replace the fridge part or refund you.
Is there a warranty on appliances parts?
No warranty is offered on our cosmetic parts. Exceptionally, on electrical parts, we offer a limited 3-month warranty. See all the details in the terms and conditions.
